the itinerary was changed from what was advertised which is difficult as an autistic traveller. medina was overwhelming,overcrowded and overheating in morning and had been previously stated as later in day. make sure to bring headphones or loop ear plugs if autistic for this part. absolutely loved catharge and the roman baths. enjoyed listening to the guide explain Tunisian history and it was very good to finally see Sidi Bou Said for real. we wore hiking sandals which were glad of. the cobble stones are slippery and can cause stumbles for people with mobility or balance issues but sturdy shoes help. the lunch was great and is worth it if it's you're first time visiting tunisia and want to try traditional food. it is in a modern restaurant though so not in traditional setting which took away from the experience. nice view of tunis lake though. overall a fantastic but gruelling day. you'll definitely get your steps in
